Jinyuan New Intelligent Manufacturing Makes Debut at Shanghai International Exhibition
During the year of 2025, we were also developing new products. At the Shanghai International Compressor Exhibition, Jinyuan presented distinctive products that attracted many domestic and foreign customers, including those from Russia, Australia, India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Italy and other countries.
First, there is our single-stage fuel-injected screw air compressor model J-22AYC+. This machine is a first-level energy-efficient product that has been tested by a national institution. The motor power is 22 Kw and the gas output can reach 4.3 meters per minute. The appearance of this product has a special design, namely three-color lights. This design enables customers to see the machine without constantly looking at the small character sreen. When the light is red, the machine stops; when the light is green, the machine is running; when the light is yellow and flashing, the machine requires maintenance or there is a fault. In addition, there are many small details inside our machine, including internal lighting installed to facilitate maintenance and servicing in dim environments; a dust blowing gun with a filter added, which makes it more reassuring to clean the circuit part.
Then, there is our oil-free vortex air compressor, JW-04AYCW. This machine produces air that is free of oil. Before the outlet, we also added a filter to ensure that the air produced is cleaner. Additionally, this machine is equipped with a small gas storage tank to ensure a more stable exhaust pressure.
This time, we also brought a special two-stage oil-injected screw air compressor model J-75AEYC. The motor and inverter of this machine adopt a water-cooling method, which has a higher protection level and provides users with greater peace of mind. The water-cooling method results in a lower operating temperature, making it more energy-efficient to use.
Finally, we also introduce a front-end processing device specially designed for vacuum pumps - the fully automatic high-efficiency liquid remover. This device can perform 24-hour automatic liquid removal, eliminating the need for manual liquid drainage and also preventing damage to the rear-end vacuum pumps due to failure to drain the liquid in time. This front-end processing device was independently developed and designed by Jin Yuan Company and holds a utility model patent certificate.
