Main features

Using the fifth generation of oil-free screw host technology, the compression host and the system are using stainless steel, realizing the technology from copper host to stainless steel host beyond.

Use water as a compression sealing, cooling medium, the use of low cost.

Using water as the heat transfer medium, the compression temperature is 45~55 degrees, isothermal compression, the efficiency is higher.

Through the advanced sealing and isolation technology, the compressed air is cleaner and can be done as pure and oil-free.

The compressed air is cleaned by lubricating water, which is cleaner and can be directly used for breathing. The dew point of saturated compressed air is lower, and the water content of compressed air is more than 25% lower than that of ordinary dry screw air compressor.

Intelligent control, simple operation, with automatic water change and automatic cleaning function, can achieve 24 hours of unattended, remote monitoring.

Performance

Jinyuan water-injected single screw air compressor, when the screw runs at high speed, the airflow pulse is small and the displacement is large.
