The working process of screw air compressor is divided into four processes: suction, sealing and conveying, compression and exhaust. When the screw rotates in the shell, the air between the screw and the shell mesh through the air intake and the oil, the gear rotation seals the oil and delivers the oil to the exhaust port. During the delivery, the gear gap gradually decreases and the oil and gas is compressed. When the gear rotates to the exhaust port of the shell, the oil and gas mixture with higher pressure is discharged from the body.

    Performance

    Two stage compression host adopts segmented compression, with small compression ratio and good compression and heat dissipation. The host engine has less reflux leakage, high volume efficiency, light bearing load and long service life. The rotor of high efficiency permanent magnet motor is equipped with high-performance rare earth permanent magnet, which resists high temperature without losing magnetism. The stator coil is made of special corona resistant enameled wire, with excellent insulation performance and long service life. The motor can maintain extremely high efficiency in a large range lower than the rated speed, which ensures that the air compressor has obvious energy saving advantages when the gas consumption is small. The greater the fluctuation of the gas consumption of the pipe network, the more obvious the energy saving effect, and helps the enterprise to reduce the cost of operation.

    High energy efficiency host, precision inclined gear connection, so that the rotor of each stage of compression unit can obtain better linear speed, the air compressor has better energy efficiency performance. The upgraded and optimized flow channel design makes the compressed air almost zero loss through, significantly improving the efficiency.

    ①Circular-wire motors typically have a slot fill rate of around 40%, whereas flat-wire motors can achieve over 60%.  This means flat-wire motors can accommodate more conductors within the same volume, thereby enhancing power density and efficiency.

    ②Circular-wire motors have gaps between their wires, which act as poor thermal conductors and hinder efficient heat dissipation at the ends. Flat-wire motors, on the other hand, feature minimal gaps between wires, enabling rapid heat transfer. Their loosely structured winding ends facilitate airflow or oil circulation, resulting in superior thermal performance.
